And depending on your program, you may get $25,000.00 to $1,000,000.00 of Identity Fraud Expense Reimbursement insurance from AIG that can reimburse you for approved covered expenses like notary charges, certified mail charges, lost wages, loan application fees for reapplying for loans impacted by identity theft, and reasonable approved attorney fees. What information does your service need from me?

The best part about our service is that you only need to provide your name, address, and phone number. The PrivacyMaxx ID Early Warning System can proactively monitor your identity profile without needing you to provide your date of birth or social security number. .

How will I know if my service is working?

Remember, we are monitoring your identity profile 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If we see a change in your profile's information or suspicious activity that may be a sign of identity theft we will let you know. But no monitoring can catch everything. That's why you know your service is always working because you are always protected by the saftey net of our Identity Theft Recovery services that will do everything we can to restore your stolen identity to pre-victim status.

Is your primary service credit monitoring?

No. Credit Monitoring only monitors changes to your credit report data. The PrivacyMaxx ID Early Warning System monitors financial and non-financial data sources looking for early signs of identity theft from billions of records that may be related to your identity profile without needing direct access to your credit report.

Is there a guarantee that my identity will not be stolen?

No. However, our system was designed to help catch identity theft before it starts. How do I use the Lost Wallet Service if I loose my purse or wallet?

The PrivacyMaxx Lost Wallet Service will become a critical piece of your identity theft protection service in the event your wallet or purse is lost or stolen. Instead of spending the time and effort to find the information to cancel your sensitive personal and credit cards, the PrivacyMaxx Lost Wallet Service will quickly guide you through mitigating a loss of your purse or wallet. How do I access my billing information?

Click on "Account Info" within your command center to access your billing, password, and payment information.

How can I pay for my account?

You can pay for your account using most major credit cards or from your checking account via ACH.

How do I cancel or downgrade my account?
